    The deficit spending is the old keynesian idea that is making a comeback and one that I agree with. Though she makes some good points, no one, not even a country, can live beyond its means.That picture is superb, and thanks for sharing it on facebook. Stunning photograph too.

    Ah, but a country has ways to increas its means that individuals do not. I think that basically economists don't understand what they think they understand and the ascendancy of Chicago-school type free market economics is incredibly damaging.

    The chicago school mob have caused more chaos than any dictator (Naomi Klein: Shock Doctrine), but there have to be some limits to borrowing.Paying back during the good times and borrowiung during the bad times is not a bad mantra.
